Germination Guarantee

There is no active germination guarantee because Vice Seeds is not yet accepting orders. The final guarantee will be published before the first product becomes purchasable.

The intended principle

If a documented lot does not perform in a way consistent with its recorded test under reasonable planting conditions, the customer should have a clear path to report the problem and receive a fair review.

What the review will need

• Order and product identification
• Lot information from the packet
• Approximate sowing date and method
• Growing medium, temperature, moisture, and relevant conditions
• Observed germination and, when useful, photographs

The published launch policy will state the claim window, available remedies, exclusions, and contact process in plain language.
